The pipe bending machine adopts advanced industrials computer controller and touch screen. It is full-auto and stereo CNC bending machine with the collecting machine, liquid and electricity to integrate. This series uses the VDU touch screen panel control and it can input, store and display various pipe data and instructions. Three moving coordinate of the machine which is Y, B and C and under the program control of the controller. This machine can bring about automatic mandrel of coreless type fast bending. It has the functions of revising the pipe bending compensation and alarming for the fault signal. It is a European style bending equipment which is professional, high-speed, and economical.

Every file can set 16 angles of bending tube, the memorizer can store 60 groups of file. Slow location function, repeated precision can reach ±0.1°. Error will be displayed on the screen to help operators cancel the error immediately. Coordinate transforming tube bending process value software developed by ourselves is provided for optional purchase. It has a firm bed structure which is difficult to deform. It can be installed to the computer for editing and calculating. Electric control system: adopts famous controller in Japan, for example, the servo driver, servo motor, location mold group, CPU and so on from Mitsubishi, which is of high capability and excellent steadiness.
