The tube end forming machine is a processing and forming device for expanding, shrinking and shrinking pipes under normal conditions. It has single, double and triple workstations can be selected, which can automatically change moulds to ensure machining accuracy. Manual and automatic selection, NC control, Chinese display, man-machine conversation operation, and automatic counting function. It is suitable for machining the complex shape of the tube end.
By setting pipe throttle valve in the main cylinder circuit, the working speed of the main oil cylinder can be adjusted, and the superimposed liquid controlled one-way valve is set on the pressure cylinder circuit to ensure that the die clamping process is not loose; the superimposed two-way throttle valve is set on the displacement oil cylinder, the restricted oil cylinder and the axial positioning cylinder circuit, which can adjust the two-way motion speed of the cylinder. The shift cylinder and the limit oil cylinder cooperate with the conversion station, which makes the workstation transformation convenient and accurate, so as to ensure the quality of pipe fittings.

6. The machine is with the syraight guide roller as the carrier, can run without abrasion, and the products have a good repeatability, which are fit for the treatment of the pipe end in the iron pipes, furniture, automobile air conditioners and fuel oil pipes.
